S710 該產(chǎn)品使用環(huán)保配方，不含芳香簇苯類溶劑，低氣味固化速度快，操作簡單操作方便適用於噴塗、刷塗、浸塗多種工藝。對電路板的保護(hù)時間長，可延長其使用壽命。

注：所有機(jī)械性能和電性能均在 25℃，濕度 95％條件下固化 7 天後所測。

操作方法：
Methods of operation:

（1） 噴塗工藝：噴塗方式上膠使用時將膠直接倒入容器中，靜止 5-10 分鐘，將三防漆裏的空氣或氣泡自行消除，然後即可操作。（注意：如漆膜要求較厚,噴漆後 PCBA 板上產(chǎn)品較多氣泡，需噴完後讓 PCBA 靜止 2-5 分鐘，讓氣泡消除方可進(jìn)高溫固化爐。漆膜較厚的情況下，烘烤溫度為40℃-50℃即可，不宜太高，以免漆膜內(nèi)部氣泡揮發(fā)不出，產(chǎn)生氣泡存在。該產(chǎn)品可常溫固化。）

(1) spray process: when glue is used, the glue is poured directly into the container,and the air or air bubble in the paint is removed by itself for 5-10 minutes, and then it can be operated. Note: if the paint film is thicker and the product on the PCBA board is more bubble after painting, let PCBA stop for 2 to 5 minutes after spraying, let the bubble eliminate before entering the high temperature curing furnace. In the case of thick film, the baking temperature is 40 ℃ -50 ℃, it is not suitable to be too high, so as not to volatilize the bubbles in the film and produce bubbles. The product can be cured at room temperature.

（2） 浸塗工藝：浸塗件浸入膠液內(nèi) 2-5 秒鐘緩緩提起浸塗件、傾斜，待多餘膠液自然流掉

(2) Immersion process: dip the coating into the glue solution for 2-5 seconds slowly lift the dipping coating, tilt, and wait for the excess glue to flow naturally.

浸塗件平放於吸水紙（小件）或支架上（大件），壹般 30 分鐘左右表幹，檢查浸塗件表面情況，未上膠者刷塗補(bǔ)膠。

Dip the coating flat on the absorbent paper (small piece) or on the support (large part), 30 minutes or so, check the surface of the dipping coating, not glued brushing glue.

（3） 刷塗：按產(chǎn)品尺度正確選擇毛刷，市場普通毛刷即可，將膠液倒入容器內(nèi)，然後用毛刷粘適當(dāng)膠液對線路板進(jìn)行工藝均勻施工，按所需厚度進(jìn)行塗刷次數(shù)。塗膠完畢，表面固化即可組裝或包裝

(3) Brush: select the brush according to the product scale, the ordinary brush in the market can pour the glue liquid into the container, then use the brush to stick the proper glue liquid to the circuit board to carry on the craft uniform construction, according to the required thickness, carry on the brushing times. After coating, the surfacesolidified can be assembled or packaged.

注意事項(xiàng)：
Note:

使用產(chǎn)品中，如果長時間不用或離崗，請將未使用完的三防漆倒回密封容器中，以免造成產(chǎn)品過快揮發(fā)。

In the use of products, if you do not use or leave the post for a long time, please return the unused three protective paint back to the sealed container so as not to cause the product to volatilize too quickly.
